Today's 13-mile walking trip (plus some tube/metro rides) started out with a trip to Greenwich to stand over the Prime Meridian (separates the eastern and western hemispheres). We grabbed a quick lunch at Peyton and Bryne before heading back towards the center of the city. The rest of our day was spent seeing London Bridge, Tower Bridge, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, and Kensington Palace. We were even right on time to see Tower Bridge open up, allowing a sailboat to pass through.
Before catching another night bus we bought a bunch of candy and snacks for the bus ride in efforts to get rid of our remaining British Pounds. Then it was back onto our (more crowded than before) night bus to Brussels, Belgium.
