Our last day in Paris and I still haven't seen Blair Waldorf despite the desperate measures I've taken to find her in the crowds of people here.
Two of Kelsey's friends, KC and Liz, have been in Paris all semester, so we met up with them for lunch after spending our morning walking along different side streets. The news that the famous Love Lock Bridge was being torn down spread quickly, so we made sure to get some pictures!
We've been working to find unique art and souvenirs in each of our stops, so we spent some time near Notre Dame Cathedral looking at different local street artists. .
The line to get into Notre Dame was super long, but appears to have been moving quickly, so we hopped in and got inside right as a free tour of the building was leaving. Our lovely guide know a lot about the history of the church, and even took us through some of the "off-limits" areas.
We decided to cook the rest of our pesto pasta for dinner tonight, and it was just as good as we had remembered from last night.
Before heading to bed for our early morning wake up, we went on a river cruise down the Seine River (with Vendettes Pont Neuf). The cruise took us past a lot of the historic and architectural landmarks that we had seen throughout our trip and was the perfect way to watch the sun go down on our final night.
Craving dessert (like always) we stumbled into a diner to get banana splits the size of our heads.
